Job Description
Job Title: Line Cook
Term of Employment: Permanent/Full Time/ 35-40 hours per week
Compensation: $20.00 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours per week
Working Conditions: Job involves Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Shift, weekends, Overtime and holiday work.
Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Specific Skills: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Clean kitchen and work areas, Manage kitchen operations, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Organize buffets and banquets, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
