Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to high standards

• Maintain clean and organized kitchen stations

• Follow recipes and plating guidelines

• Assist with menu prep and daily specials

• Support kitchen operations during busy service

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hotel kitchen experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
