Lighting Technical Specialist Job

Responsibilities:

1.Precision picking/packing of lighting components in a clean office environment.
2.Managing inventory of technical parts (drivers, connectors, LED modules).
3.Customer support includes helping customers resolve installation hurdles.
4.Growing into an Operations Lead as the company scales.

Qualifications:

1.Outdoor Lighting Expertise: You must have experience installing or troubleshooting landscape lighting or 2.permanent roofline systems (low-voltage, LED tracks, controllers).
3.Software Skills: Proficiency in daily order and fulfilment processing.
4.Technical Support: Ability to explain wiring, power supply requirements, and controller setup to customers via phone/email.

Experience:

low-voltage or outdoor lighting installation: 1 year (Required)
