Light Duty Cleaner – NOC: 65310 Job

Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and meticulous Light Duty Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment and will take pride in ensuring that every corner of the restaurant is spotless. This role is crucial in helping us provide a comfortable and safe dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• General Cleaning: Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, vacuuming, polishing floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Surface Wiping: Wipe down surfaces including desks, countertops, and windowsills to ensure they are free of dust and dirt.
• Trash Management: Pick up debris, empty trash containers, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Window & Wall Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a bright and clean environment.
• Schedule Adherence: Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintenance Reporting: Notify the supervisor of any maintenance issues or cleaning supply needs to ensure continuous operation.
• Lost & Found: Report and store any lost and found items according to company policy.

Requirements:
• Experience is not required but is considered as an asset
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
