What You’ll Do
Engage with potential customers at assigned community locations and enrollment events.
Explain Lifeline services, eligibility requirements, and the enrollment process.
Assist customers with applications using a tablet or smartphone.
Accurately enter customer information and handle documents with care.
Transport, set up, and break down outreach equipment.
Work toward sales and enrollment goals while providing friendly, professional service.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable approaching new people.
