No License? No Problem!
If you don’t currently have your life insurance license, we provide the required coursework and walk you through the licensing process step by step to help you get started quickly.

Cold call potential clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Young Self-motivated individuals eager to learn and grow.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
Willingness to put in the work to achieve financial success.
Compensation:
100% Commission-Based – Your income is directly tied to your effort and performance. The harder you work, the more you earn!
Commission starts at 60% 12 month advance : For example if you sell a policy thats $100/m you take home $720.
Career Growth Opportunities
Our agents have the ability to rise up to the max 145% 12 month advance commission
Back to Back $5,000 production months you will get promoted to 70% 12 month advance commission
