Life Insurance Agent Job

As a Financial Literacy Agent, you’ll guide clients in understanding key concepts around budgeting, saving, tax-free retirement, and income protection. This opportunity offers flexibility, mentorship, and the potential to earn competitive commission-based income. You will have access to training, business development tools, and the support of a nationally recognized agency.

We host in-person open houses where interested candidates can meet the team, tour the office, and learn more about the compensation plan and resources available.

A genuine desire to help others and contribute to your community
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
Coachable and open to mentorship
Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required—training is provided
Willingness to obtain a life and health insurance license (we can guide you through the process)
Ability to work independently and/or in a team
Basic comfort with virtual tools and online platforms (Zoom, email, etc.)
