Responsibilities
• Educate individuals and families on life insurance and financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Attend networking events and community outreach opportunities.
• Meet with prospective clients virtually and in person.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development.
• Work alongside experienced mentors.
• Learn leadership and team-building skills.
• Grow into management and business ownership opportunities.

Skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts.
• Negotiation skills to effectively close deals and build trust with clients.
• Analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Knowledge of insurance sales processes and benefits administration practices.

Team Meetings & Training
Our team is committed to continuous learning and growth. Attendance at training sessions is expected, but not mandatory.

Office Meetings
• Wednesday: 7:00 PM (Business Casual)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM (Business Casual)

Additional Zoom Meetings and virtual training sessions are held throughout the week.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month. Performance-based pay.
