Licensing Assistant Job

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Licensing Assistant for a 5+ month contract position. Work will be onsite M – F in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $18/hr.

Candidate will be providing customer assistance to licensees by managing incoming calls, responding to voicemail messages and to e-mail inquiries. Will assist licensees with license renewals online, log in troubleshooting, and payment discrepancies. Duties will also include data entry, filing, and correspondence preparation. Candidates must have experience with MS Office and a High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred candidate will have experience with Adobe PDFs.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix metro area, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
