Position Overview
Top Tier Psychiatry is hiring a fully licensed therapist to provide in-person
psychotherapy at our Greensboro office. This is a flexible W-2 position with a
70/30 collections split after a 6% billing fee.
You’ll have your own private therapy room, set your own schedule, and
collaborate closely with psychiatric providers. After a slow ramp-up, the minimum
commitment is 20 clinical hours per week, with the option to build beyond that.
Client Population
Our patient base is primarily adults, but providers are welcome to see children or
teens based on their interests and training. We support and help grow your
preferred clinical focus.

● Active, unrestricted NC license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
● In-person availability in Greensboro, NC
● Comfortable with an insurance-based model
