Licensed Massage Therapist Job

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic healing and a commitment to providing exceptional client care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs
Conduct client consultations to assess health history and treatment goals
Maintain detailed and accurate client records and treatment notes
Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices
Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming treatment spaces
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience
Contribute to a healthy, supportive work environment
Required Qualifications
Valid state massage therapy license (or nearing completion of licensure requirements as a graduating student)
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, kind, and client-focused approach to care
Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling and treatment approaches
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional massage therapy experience
Specialized training and experience in Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Knowledge of additional modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, etc.)
Experience working in a spa, wellness center, or clinical setting
