About the Position
At Earth Breath Yoga, we take care of the logistics so you can focus on what you do best—providing outstanding massage therapy. From marketing to client scheduling, we’ve got it covered, leaving you free to excel in your practice and connect with clients.
Compensation
• $45.50 per massage hour (opportunity for raises)
• $15 per hour between sessions
• Tips: Average tips range from $10–$30 per hour, significantly increasing your earning potential
• Additional bonuses: Range from $10–$20 for client memberships and other incentives
• Paid training and meetings
Shift Details
We are currently seeking several therapists to fill the following shifts:
• Saturday - Tuesday Morning: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Saturday - Tuesday Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Wednesday - Friday Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Session Timing: 15-minute breaks between clients to ensure quality care and preparation

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced LMTs who view massage therapy as their profession and take pride in their work. Our ideal candidate is:
• Experienced and Proven: Has 2 years of consistent work as a massage therapist and relevant work experience
• Well-groomed, tidy, and professional
• Empathetic, friendly, and easy to talk to
• Positive, with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Personable, with excellent customer service and outstanding communication skills
• Comfortable with technology and able to work with minimal supervision
• Growth mindset and a desire to continually improve
• Focused on health and well-being, living as a student of life
• Reliable, dependable, and ethical
• Dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences
• Beaverton local – or close by surrounding area (SW Portland, Tigard, Aloha, Hillsboro)
• Possesses a current Oregon Massage Therapy license (required)

• Strong understanding of anatomy and kinesiology

• Stretch therapy
• Table Thai massage
• Lymphatic drainage
• Aromatherapy
• Neuromuscular therapy (structural integration)
• Cupping therapy
• Gua Sha
• Astrology knowledge or interest
