Licensed Health Insurance Agent Job

This is a full time, W2 position where you will receive 10-15 inbound calls each day! We offer a starting hourly rate of $20 per hour, plus a weekly bonus where you can earn up to an additional $1,000 a week based on performance.

Duties

Educate clients about Medicare plans and options available to them.
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, changes in Medicare regulations, and new products.
Qualifications

Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
Must possess relevant licenses or certifications as required by state regulations.
