Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service
Educate clients on proper skin care, product use, and maintenance between treatments
Ensure that all services are performed in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Requirements:
Valid Esthetician license in the state of employment
Proven experience in facials, waxing, brow services, and skin care
Strong knowledge of skin care products and services
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for skincare and helping clients feel their best
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
