We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services, crisis intervention, and case management to individuals, families, and groups. The LCSW will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and connect clients to essential community resources. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving the well-being of diverse populations. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. 
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. 
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients facing mental health challenges, trauma, or life transitions. 
Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and suicide prevention strategies as needed. 
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure coordinated care. 
Connect clients with community resources, social services, and support networks. 
Advocated for clients’ rights and access to appropriate mental health and social services. 
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. 
Stay updated on best practices, emerging therapies, and changes in mental health policies and regulations. 
Provide supervision and mentorship to social work interns or unlicensed professionals (if applicable). 

 

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. 
Licensure & Certification:  
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rio or the U.S. Virgin Is;amds 
Additional certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are preferred. 

Skills:  

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills. 
Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing). 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills. 
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. 
Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance regulations related to mental health services. 

  

Experience:     

Minimum of two years of experience in clinical social work, behavioral health, or counseling. 
Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with mental illness, trauma, substance use disorders, or chronic health conditions.
