Licensed Barber - Durango Location Job

Iced Out Barbershop is hiring a licensed barber for our Durango location in Las Vegas. We are looking for someone who takes the craft seriously, shows up prepared, keeps a clean station, respects clients and the team, and delivers the Iced Out standard every time.

What you'll do:
- Provide clean, professional barber services for walk-ins and booked clients
- Perform fades, tapers, lineups, beard work, scissor cuts, and detailed finishing
- Maintain a clean station, sanitized tools, and a professional presentation
- Communicate clearly with clients and help create a welcoming shop experience

What we're looking for:
- Valid Nevada barber license
- Strong customer service and clean shop habits
- Reliable schedule, good communication, and pride in your work
- Respect for clients, other barbers, stations, shop rules, and the shop environment

Opportunity details:
- Full-time contractor / booth rental opportunity
- Booth rent: $300 per week
- Estimated earning potential: $35-$60 per hour depending on experience, availability, clientele, and final agreement

- Valid Nevada barber license or approved Nevada barber apprentice licensing path
- Ability to perform fades, tapers, lineups, beard work, and clean finishing
- Professional appearance, reliable schedule, clean station habits, and respectful client service
- Must be comfortable working as a contractor / booth rental barber at the Durango location

Serving Las Vegas since 2004, Iced Out provides fresh cuts, fades, tapers, designs, shaves, beard care, and personalized grooming for all hair types and textures. The shop is known for professional barbers, clean stations, current styles, and a welcoming atmosphere.
