Licenced Mental Healh Clinician in Arizona Job

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our team in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. This role involves providing therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Note: This position requires working under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor. This position is remote, but we are currently looking for clinicians located in Arizona due to licencing regulations.

Duties
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health issues.
- Provide grief counseling and support to clients experiencing loss.
- Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help clients develop coping strategies.
- Implement crisis management strategies and interventions for clients in acute distress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes in compliance with coding standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
- Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues.

Education & Licensing Requirements

Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field (required).

Must hold at least one of the following licences;
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
