Job Description:
-Planning, coordinating, overseeing, managing and assessing the operations of sports, recreation, and fitness services.
-Oversee the activities of a professional sports team.
-Plan and oversee training, coaching, officiating, and other related programs at the national and provincial levels for a certain sport.
-Give knowledgeable and competent counsel on issues pertaining to sports, recreation, and fitness.
-Create policies and processes, as well as financial projections, to carry out programs.
-Hire athletes and coaches with experience.
-Create long-term planning and bargain for commercial agreements.
