Legal & Business Affairs Manager Job

Review, draft, and negotiate various legal contracts such as Retainer Agreements, Tenant Agreements, and Trademark License Agreements for True Light Consulting, Inc. (dba: True Light Legal Service Group); Coordinate internal discoveries and depositions with legal department staff; Establish regulatory priorities or budgets and allocate resources and workloads for office staff; Direct the preparation and submission of applications to agencies that administer naturalization and immigration system, such as USCIS, NVC, and U.S. Embassies; Maintain knowledge of current regulations, policy updates, and policy manuals that are announced regularly by government agencies; Formulate or implement regulatory affairs policies and procedures to ensure that compliance is maintained or enhanced; Train staff in regulatory policies or procedures, etc. $127,192/year.
