Leasing Associate Job

The position: Leasing Associates are responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of our multi-family residential apartments all over the state. Leasing Associates handle the signing of leases, and act as a landlord for property owners. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a burning desire to make a real difference in people’s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and clients.

1+ year experience in multi-family residential property management.

Property leasing, sales and/or customer experience.

Bilingual, Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Yardi exprience is a plus.

Excellent follow up skills via email and phone.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Motivation to consistently improve and learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
