Leader of Administration Department Job

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist
to oversee employee relations, recruitment, payroll processing,
and compliance with labor laws.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Provide reports and insights to management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation in compliance with labor laws
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and training programs
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
or 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
