POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Designer will be a proven professional in user experience. They will be responsible for the complete creation of smart products and services enjoyed by both internal and external customers.
Primary Duties:
- Lead projects, define strategy, set objectives and oversee the complete user experience.
- Direct a team to build a comprehensive vision of the current and future customer experience.
- Ensure consistency across all projects and products that exist in the end-to-end user experience.
- Partner with the line-of-business managers, product managers, agency partners, engineers and content managers to solve problems and map user flows for new products.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience with end-to-end product design and development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team through brand and product strategy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent visual, interactive and product design skills.
