Duties
Install, repair, and replace locks, keys, and security systems for residential and commercial properties.
Automotive key cutting and programming.
Use specialized tools and equipment, including key programmers, to diagnose issues with locking mechanisms.
Provide emergency lockout services for clients in need of immediate assistance.
Conduct security assessments to recommend improvements or upgrades to existing locking systems.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during each job.
Educate clients on proper lock maintenance and security practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
