12–14 years of experience in SQL Development, Power BI, and Business Intelligence.
Expert-level T-SQL including Stored Procedures, CTEs, Window Functions, Indexing, and Query Optimization.
Advanced Power BI development with DAX, Power Query (M), Power BI Service, and Premium features.
Strong experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Expertise in Star Schema and Snowflake Schema data modeling.
Strong understanding of data governance, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Power BI Gateway.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery teams.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
