Job Description:
Participate in requirements review meetings to analyze the scope and functional requirements.
Develop and review code for the functional requirements
Provide guidance for Salesforce Commerce Cloud including any solution rewrites resulting from deprecated API's or classes, leverage new technology feature
Perform proof of concepts for enhancements or implementation for new omnichannel scenarios e.g., showing retail inventory on the eCommerce site
Educate business and technical teams on new features of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related technologies or products that would improve usage of the product.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix functional, deployment, or systemic issues with Salesforce Commerce Cloud suite
Create SFCC custom jobs to export data in the format requested by the external systems.
Performs all administrative options/tasks/interfaces available in the Business Manager
Works with external vendors to set up feeds and processes for price and inventory on projects.
Assist in testing new changes that are scheduled in quarterly releases
Automate Test data preparation to support quarterly releases
Support UAT, QA, and performance tests to meet functional and non-functional requirements
Support rollout of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPIS), Curbside pickup
solution, Marketplace integration, Search Engine Optimization. Support rollout of Headless eCommerce in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Coordinate SFCC Build and Release Activities in all DTQ (non-Production) environments
Interact with business unit leaders, application users and IT teams
Coordinate the release of tested and approved changes to Production environment
