Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Experience, and Salesforce APIs.
Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Strong Banking domain experience, including Retail Banking, Lending, Customer Onboarding, and KYC.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
Hands-on expertise with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Einstein AI.
Experience configuring Omni-Channel, routing, messaging, queues, and workforce management.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise architecture.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MuleSoft and enterprise integration patterns.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as AutoRABIT, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
Experience with Salesforce security, governance, and compliance.
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Accredited Professional Certification.
Salesforce Data Cloud and AI Certifications.
