Lead Machine Designer - Pharma Tablet Packaging Job

Machine Designer Mechanical Engineer Pharmaceutical Tablet Packaging Machinery incorporating complex and precise multi-axis linear and rotary motion at high speeds _ .

Seeking individual with project leadership experience for design and commissioning of automated packaging line machinery.

Activities:

*** Interface with product design and development representatives as well as customers to define requirements for new systems.

*** Utilize knowledge of prototype and part fabrication during design and testing activities.

*** Ensure that hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical aspects of equipment meet industry standards.

*** Provide a material selection and specification list as well as schematics, drawings and wiring diagrams for assembly and production of high efficiency industrial systems.

Requirements:

*** 3+ years experience designing and integrating industrial machinery.

*** Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic principles.

*** Knowledge of structural tolerances, fatigue, stress, thermodynamics, and fluid modeling.

*** B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.

Excellent compensation package and opportunities to advance. End of year bonus based on performance. Salary to $120,000 to start. Full medical, dental and vision benefits, paid time off for personal and sick days, paid vacations and holidays.
