Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable API solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS Cloud.
Architect and implement solutions leveraging AWS-native databases such as DocumentDB and Neptune (GraphDB).
Define and enforce best practices for security, performance, and coding standards.
Drive adoption of modern architectural patterns and engineering practices.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues with a hands-on, strategic approach.
Promote a culture of excellence through knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
8+ years of experience as a Lead Java Developer.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven success working with Graph databases (preferably AWS Neptune).
Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in financial services or insurance industries.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of cloud-native security best practices.
Experience leading teams in an Agile development environment.
