Reach out/Cold Call to vacant lot/landowners and inquire if they are interested in selling their property. Ask required questions and enter details into a online form which will be Passed off to sales closers. Leads provided, Software for data entry provided with login. All remote so must have own laptop/desktop and a cell phone. Commision is based on successful sale by our sales closers. Pay is way above average for a successful sales lead provided to closers.

Must be able to cold call customers and be comfortable with initiating conversation and gathering required information. Must be able to read, type and speak clearly. This opportunity offered is for a new dept in company and could open up to management and or partnership to the right person. Do not need sales experience just a people person who can comfortably guide a conversation.
