Lead Generation Specialist Job

Every great sale starts with a great lead, and that's where you come in. As our Lead Generation Specialist, you'll research potential customers, qualify inbound inquiries, and keep our CRM organized so our sales team always knows who to call next and why. This is a behind-the-scenes role with a real impact — the accuracy and quality of your work directly shapes how efficiently our entire sales team performs.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and compile lists of potential customers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on set criteria
- Enter and maintain accurate lead data in our CRM
- Coordinate handoff of qualified leads to the sales team
- Track lead generation metrics and report on performance
- Assist with outreach campaigns as needed

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
- Comfortable using online research and CRM tools
- Positive, persistent phone and email presence
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of leads
- Candidates with lead generation or telemarketing experience will be at an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce - Training will be provided
