Lead Generation & Sales Closer Expert (Remote) Job

Full-cycle sales expert who owns the entire revenue motion: generate leads, reach out, run the conversation, and close. Sell growth marketing retainers ($1,000–$5,000/month) to startups, ecommerce brands, and tech teams worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Own outbound lead generation — build targeted prospect lists, enrich data, run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls)
- Run discovery calls, pitch services with real case numbers, handle objections, close retainers
- Manage full pipeline in CRM (prospecting ? outreach ? meeting ? proposal ? close ? handoff)
- Follow up relentlessly and professionally
- Report weekly: outreach volume, reply rate, meetings booked, proposals sent, deals closed, revenue

Requirements:
- PROVEN international experience — sold to US/EU/international clients before (not domestic-only)
- Full-cycle track record across lead generation AND closing (not just appointment setting)
- Must speak fluent English AND Urdu
- Comfortable with rejection, disciplined with activity metrics, honest with reporting
- Available for calls across US/EU time zones
