Salary: $37.00 hourly for 30 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
- Completion of a college or beauty school program in esthetics or relevant training in eyelash extensions and related beauty services is required;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Eyelash Technician is required;
- Experience providing professional eyelash-extension services in a salon environment is required.
Job duties:
- Perform eyebrow shaping and tinting;
- Perform customized Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Wispy and other advanced eyelash-extension services;
- Conduct detailed client consultations and design customized lash maps based on eye shape, natural-lash condition, client preferences and service suitability;
- Perform lash lifts and keratin lash lifts.
- Perform combined lash-lift and eyelash-extension services for suitable clients, including assessing natural-lash condition, selecting compatible products and techniques, determining appropriate treatment sequencing, and providing specialized aftercare instructions;
- Assess and resolve difficult lash-service matters, including poor retention, asymmetry, unsuitable lash weight, adhesive-related concerns, corrective fills and safe removals;
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for eyelash services when junior technicians require assistance;
- Train and mentor junior lash technicians through demonstrations, supervised practice, technical feedback and service-quality reviews;
- Provide guidance to junior technicians on consultation, lash mapping, isolation, adhesive use, retention, lash health, sanitation and client aftercare;
- Review completed services when necessary and recommend corrective action to maintain salon quality and safety standards;
- Maintain sanitation, disinfection and infection-control procedures for lash tools, products and work areas;
- Educate clients about lash health, maintenance and aftercare;
- Recommend suitable eyelash styles, lengths, curls and materials;
- Maintain service records and identify required lash-product and supply inventory;
- Perform occasional appointment, cashiering and product-recommendation duties as required.
