Lead Data Scientist Job

•Develop and refine machine learning models using TensorFlow, with a special focus on financial outcomes, particularly in time-series and geospatial data analysis, to inform and enhance real estate acquisition strategies.
•Oversee the end-to-end management of data projects, including data collection, validation, and integration using Python and various APIs in XML/JSON formats, including the creation of Excel Templates using VBA for ease of use of other departments.
•Utilize Django Framework for full-stack development, including AWS hosting (EC2), database management (RDS), and static storage (S3) to build and maintain responsive user interfaces with HTML/CSS and JavaScript and backend big data frameworks using MySQL.
• Design and publish interactive visualizations and reports using Tableau, Plotly, Streamlit and other data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
•Employ Python libraries like BeautifulSoup and lxml for web scraping, enhancing data collection and analysis processes
•Guide and mentor a team of interns and analysts in various aspects of data science, including code debugging, optimization, and review.

Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related Data Science/Machine Learning field.
Travel: Up to 10% domestic travel to meet with investors & property managers and collect data.
