POSITION TITLE: Lead Data Scientist
POSITION DUTIES: Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced data science and machine learning models to analyze large-scale customer, marketing, and financial datasets; Define the overall data science strategy and guide junior data scientists and analysts through technical direction, code reviews, and best practices; Translate complex business problems into data driven solutions by working closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders; Develop predictive models, attribution models, and statistical analyses to measure performance, optimize decision-making, and improve business outcomes; Oversee data quality, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with internal standards; Present analytical findings and model insights to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner to support strategic planning; Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems and monitor model performance over time; and Stay current with emerging data science tools, techniques, and industry trends, and recommend improvements to existing methodologies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field and 24 months (2 years) of experience as a Lead Data Scientist, Data Analyst or a related filed.
