Lead Barbers Job

Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop Willowbrook is looking for two (2) Full-Time Lead Barbers (NOC 63210)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 32-40 hours per week, $37.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Perform advanced hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences, hair type, and facial structure.
• Provide expert beard and moustache shaping, shaving, and grooming services using both traditional and modern techniques.
• Recommend personalized hair and scalp treatments based on detailed analysis of hair condition, scalp health, and client needs.
• Mentor and supervise junior barbers or apprentices, ensuring quality control and adherence to professional grooming standards.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and products in men’s grooming and hair care to offer informed style recommendations.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in the barbering area, including tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming goals and deliver consistent, high-quality service that enhances client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of barbering experience
• Applicants may be asked to provide a hairstyling demonstration
• Language in the workplace is English
