Lead Application Engineer Job

Duties: Gather and analyze business requirements for software development projects, ensuring the final product effectively meets the needs of the business. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements and translate these business needs into ERP system configurations and functional designs. Support system implementation by setting up modules, testing configurations, and validating end-to-end business scenarios. Provide user training, documentation, and change management support. During and after go-live, troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams when customization is required. Additionally, support the optimization of business processes by recommending best practices and system enhancements. Telecommute work permitted up to 100%.

Minimum Requirements:
• Education: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Information Technology/Management, Finance/Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience: Two (2) years of application engineering experience supporting the development and optimization of products
• Specific Skills: Education or experience in: 1. Oracle ERP Cloud, SaaS; 2. GL, FA, CM and AP modules; 3. OTBI, ADFdi, FBDI, BPM; 4. FRS (Financial Reporting Studio); 5. Creating reports in ERP for audits; 6. SQL; and 7. SmartView

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The base salary for this role is between $174,637 - $226,044 per year. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
