Lead Analyst Job

Kforce in Tampa, FL is looking for Lead Analysts. A qualified applicant will be Planning and executing a variety of methodologies as part of the concept stage in the overall project development of supply chain analytics solutions; Serving as a liaison between the business and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs; Researching, planning and developing project strategies; Negotiating agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between the business and IT from initial requirements to final implementation; Coordinating the full life cycle of projects using Python, Power BI, SAP HANA, SQL, AWS, GCP, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Grafana, Docker, and Kubernetes; Enhancing pipeline performance and data quality by implementing automated validations, error logging, and optimized SQL transformations for real- time and batch workloads; Enabling analytics by delivering curated, ML-ready datasets and supporting PowerBI/ MicroStrategy dashboards for forecasting, operations, and supply chain insights; Developing test validations of the solutions; Ensuring the optimization of the developed solutions; Deploying the solutions into existing systems; Participating in application walk throughs with users; Implementing user controls; and Producing project documentation. Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information technology, Business or Engineering and One years’ experience in position or one years experience in IT or Business Analysis field (or Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information technology, Business or Engineering and five years experience in position or five years experience in IT or Business Analysis field); and Experience with Python, Power BI, SAP HANA, SQL, AWS, GCP, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Grafana, Docker and Kubernetes. Up to 100% travel to various unanticipated domestic client sites in US required. Salary: $76.00 to $90.00/hour.
