Appeals & Appellate Strategy
•Review and analyze lower court records and appellate filings
•Monitor appellate dockets and deadlines
•Research case law and draft persuasive appellate briefs and motions
•Advocate before appellate justices
•Advise trial counsel on issue preservation and writ petitions
Law & Motion Support
•Draft pleadings, motions, and strategic filings
•Develop creative motion strategies for early dismissal and post-trial relief
•Argue motions in court and support trial/arbitration preparation
•Coordinate closely with attorneys and claims specialists
•Ensure compliance with Defense Attorney Guidelines

What We’re Looking For
•Juris Doctor (JD)
•Active California Bar license
•Strong experience in law & motion and appellate practice
•Exceptional legal research and writing skills
•Deep understanding of trial and appellate court procedures
