Job Description:
Law Offices of Taihe Wang in San Gabriel seeks multiple Law Clerks.
• Translating necessary legal documents in the work, orally or in writing
• Prepare legal drafts by assembling and organizing information for legal forms and documents, including complaints, declarations, discovery requests, responses, and other pleadings.
• Superior written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with court personnel, attorneys and their staff, clients, and witnesses.
• Maintaining immigration files and contacting with clients to obtain necessary documents for filing
• Assisting attorneys with initial client meetings and interviews
• Maintain the calendar by entering and updating requirements, court dates, and meetings.
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively; display problem-solving skills by developing methods or approaches to getting the work done.
• All other support for cases that are set for immigration cases.
