Law Clerk (Ref:1):

Manage attorneys’ calendars and schedule meetings. Assist attorneys in the formation and incorporation of business entities, ensuring compliance with client-specific needs. Communicate with attorneys regarding case management. Prepare and review capitalization table. Prepare, edit, and review legal documents, including articles of incorporation, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and bylaws. Assist and perform due diligence on corporate matters. Conduct legal research and assist startups with ongoing corporate legal matters. Prepare, edit, and review equity plans and related agreements. Assist in performing due diligence and reviewing agreements. Maintain regular communication with startup clients, providing updates on legal developments. Maintain and regularly update corporate legal resources and databases.

Minimum Education: Master of Laws (LLM)

Minimum Experience: Two (2) years. Two (2) years of experience must include experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements/contracts, conducting legal research, preparation of advisory report for business entity structuring. The Employer will accept experience gained before, after or during the Master of Laws (LLM) degree.

Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000/year
