Laundry Manager Job

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Hire, train and supervise staff
• Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers and resolve problems

Qualifications
· Completion of secondary school
· 1 to 2 years experience in the industry

· Strong time management and a conscientious attitude toward deadlines.
· Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.
· Ability to maintain professionalism through all interactions with customers and coworkers.
· Demonstrates solution-based conflict management skills, and can address customer complaints in a level-headed, professional manner.
· Able to maintain multiple priorities and a varied workload while responding to customer inquiries.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Willing to work overtime and weekends (with notice) as required.
