Language Instructor Job

About the Position & Term of Employment:
New Sight Development Company Limited has a job opening of Language Instructor. This is a permanent full-time job opportunity that assumes responsibility of teaching Chinese language, subjects to students in after school program.
• Teach any level of classes for students and develop a suitable systematic plan for different levels of study
• Develop curriculum and prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses; prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress
• Effectively counsel and advise students regarding their academic performance and goals.
• Accurately record attendance and schedule make-up classes.
• Attend meetings and in-house workshops to consistently improve teaching skills.
• Supervise teaching assistants and any group projects assigned

About the Job Requirements:
Following are the job skills and requirements for this position:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in college level is required.
• A master's degree in linguistics, education, or similar relevant field
• Hands on experience with lessons planning and instructing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
