Landscaping Supervisor Job

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to lead and coordinate teams responsible for maintaining outdoor and indoor green spaces. This role involves planning and supervising tasks such as planting, lawn care, and the construction of outdoor features like patios and fences. The supervisor will also manage project bids, estimate materials and labor, maintain records, order supplies, resolve on-site issues, and train new staff. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential to ensure high-quality results and efficient workflow.

-Oversee and manage crews responsible for the care and upkeep of lawns, gardens, parks, sports fields, cemeteries, golf courses, indoor plant displays, and other landscaped spaces

-Submit proposals and bids for landscaping and grounds maintenance projects

-Develop plans and calculate material and labor needs for specific contracts

-Coordinate and supervise the planting and upkeep of lawns, trees, shrubs, gardens, and hedges, as well as the construction of fences, patios, decks, pathways, and retaining walls

-Create work plans and schedules, and align tasks with related departments or teams

-Address and resolve issues related to job performance and prepare detailed updates and reports on project progress

-Order and manage inventory of necessary tools, equipment, and materials

-Keep accurate records of staffing, payroll, and financial transactions

-Recruit, onboard, and train new employees on job responsibilities and company standards
