??? Responsibilities
Tasks
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of landscaping workers and labourers
• Plan and direct grounds maintenance and landscaping projects
• Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work across various job sites
• Maintain work records, logs, and project documentation
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality
• Inspect work sites to ensure project specifications and safety standards are met
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Assist in landscaping activities such as planting, sod installation, irrigation, and hardscape work when required
