Education: Secondary/High school completed or equivalent

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not limited to the following items:
● Direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns
● Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns
● Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
● Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
● Plan and estimate the materials and labour requirements for individual contracts
● Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers who maintain lawns, gardens for residential and commercial buildings
● Organize the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs and hedges and the construction and installation of fences, decks, patios, walkways
● Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
● Train workers in job duties and company policies
● Cutting branches, cleaning leaves


● Help to prepare sites ahead of daily installations.
● Assist with daily maintenance of equipment, site cleaning.
● Have an eye for detail.
● Maintain effective communication with team members and management regarding project updates and any issues that arise.
● May provide snow removal services during winter months


Language: English
Wage: $36.60 hourly

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail, work under pressure
