Landscaping Supervisor Job

Supervising and coordinating landscaping and snow removal crews; Assign employees, vehicles, and equipment to job sites and routes; Monitoring employee attendance, performance, and safety compliance; Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and
client standards; Inspecting completed work and addressing service concerns; Assisting with employee training and providing directions to crew supervisors; Performing other related management duties as required including Equipment Operations (Tractors and Loaders).
