Clean & Green Building Maintenance Inc in Coquitlam, BC, is looking for a Full-Time, Permanent Landscaping Supervisor.

Conditions:
• Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor (NOC 82031)
• Full-Time, Permanent position, 30 hours/week
• Hourly Wage: $36.60/hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
• Vacation: 4% of gross salary
• Ability to work on weekends or holidays according to the working schedule.

And the candidate will be expected to work at various sites in Greater Vancouver

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• Minimum one year of experience as a landscape supervisor or as a landscape technician is required
• Ability to lead a team and work in various weather conditions
• Applicants from other provinces will also be considered
• Language: English

Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping
• Plan and schedule the maintenance materials and labour requirements for individual contracts
• Organize the plant installations and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs, and hedges, and the construction and installation of fences, decks, patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Establish daily/weekly work schedules and procedures
• Communicate with clients regarding project timelines and expectations
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Maintain records of work schedules, expenses, and materials used
• Training workers in job duties and following company policies
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
