Tasks:
•Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
•Direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns
•Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns
•Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
•Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens
•Supervise building of patios, garden walls and other decorative installations
•Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
•Enforce policies and procedures
•Train staff
•Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
•Perform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment / Supervise snow removal.
Supervision:
-1 to 2 people
Equipment and machinery experience:
-Small engine equipment
-Sod cutter
