Job Duties:
Spread topsoil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees.
Assist with the construction of a landscape and related structures such as retaining walls and paver.
Perform ground-keeping and building maintenance duties.
Cut grass, rake, aerate, dethatch, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees and perform other maintenance duties as directed by supervisor.
Shovel snow from the walkways.
Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing fountains, excavation grading and other responsibilities.
Sweep walkways of debris.
Rake, mulch, and prune the ground as needed.
Install rock, cement, lighting, water, and furniture.
Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

Working Conditions:
Work in wet, damp, strong odours, dust, cold environments, outdoors, noisy.
Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel.
Repetitive task.
Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
