Title of the Position: Landscape Supervisor
Number of Positions Available: 1
Job Duties:
- Supervise landscape gardeners and other labourers in gardening, lawn maintenance, building of decks and patios, etc.
- Help to plan and organize bids for work on jobs in landscaping and other outdoor planted areas in the GTA
- Organizing/planning job requirements, plan budgets for jobs, order materials and follow up with suppliers on order status, rectify any issues with suppliers
- Co-ordinating deliveries as needed for different work sites
- Helping with job site set up with crew leaders, organize jobs and ensure that crew have tools and supplies needed for their work
- Assessing site conditions and helping with lay out measurements
- Liaising with client, communicating timelines
- Inspecting job sites, to maintain efficient production
- Scheduling of crews according to job schedule, ensure that work is on time and within labour budgets
- Hire staff and coordinate training directly or with the crew
- Oversee quality control of projects, deal with any customer complaints and escalate to management as needed
- Complete the final job site inspections with crew and client.
Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, minimum 30 hours of work per week

Wage: $28 per hour
Vacation: 4% paid weekly
Benefits: Chiropractor/massage therapy allowance
Bonuses/Commission: bonus paid after one year of service
